摘要
省网关口电能计量装置运行的准确、可靠与否,直接关系到电网安全和贸易双方的经济利益,是电力营销、调度部门重点监管的电力设施。本文对省网关口电能计量装置的故障原因进行了分类,并结合河南电网近年来的关口电能计量典型故障实例,概述了计量故障调查及电量退补计算原则,比较全面地总结了故障电量的计算方法,也提出了进一步提高关口计量装置运行可靠率、降低电量差错率的建议。
The accuracy and reliability of provincial gateway energy metering devices operation is directly related to network security and economic interests of trading parties,so gateway energy metering devices are the power facilities of key supervision by marketing and dispatch departments.In this paper the failure causes of provincial gateway energy metering devices are classified,and combined with the typical failure examples of gateway energy metering in Henan Power Grid in recent years,the metering fault investigation and electric energy compensation principle is outlined,the calculation method of electric energy compensation is fully summarized.Finally,the suggestion of further improving the operation reliable rate of gateway metering devices and reducing power error rate is also proposed.
