地方高等医学院校科技发展规划策略研究:以温州医学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 在日趋激烈的高校竞争中,地方高等医学院校需要充分利用有限的科技资源以提高科技核心竞争力,因此科学、合理地进行科技发展规划有着重要意义。本文结合温州医学院科技发展规划的实践,指出地方高等医学院校的科技发展规划要客观分析外部环境,密切跟踪医学科学发展的未来趋势,积极构建医学科研特色,强化科技服务地方意识。 Sufficiently using the limited science and technology resource to improve the core competitiveness is very important for local medical college because of the intensifying competition with other colleges,and therefore making a reasonable and rational science and technology planning is of great significance to the local medical college.Based on the case of wenzhou medical college,it is pointed out that the science and technology planning for local medical college should be made with an objective analysis of the external environment,closed followed the future trend of medical science,building a medical research features,and enhancing the awareness of social service with the science and technology.
