表面活性剂复配与硝酸钠水质调控的联用降低溶液临界胶束浓度 被引量:2

摘要 以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、Tween80为典型表面活性剂,通过测定外加硝酸钠条件下表面活性剂单独或复配存在溶液的表面张力和临界胶束浓度(CMC),研究硝酸钠水质调控与表面活性剂复配的联用降低溶液CMC的可能性及特点。结果表明,两者的联用可使含表面活性剂溶液的CMC明显降低。无论溶液中SDBS与Tween80如何复配,硝酸钠水质调节都可使CMC一定程度降低,但外加硝酸钠浓度较低时降幅更明显,随着硝酸钠浓度的升高,其作用功效的增幅不断减小,即其降低CMC功效的能力存在最大极值。浓度一定条件下,硝酸钠促进表面活性剂复配CMC降低的能力受控于复配的特点。在降低CMC的过程中,两种表面活性剂共混时协同作用的产生及其作用强度,都受控制于硝酸钠浓度。可见,一定条件下,利用水质调控技术与表面活性剂复配技术的联用降低CMC是可行的。这为表面活性剂增效技术使用时减少表面活性剂投放量的途径与措施的寻找,提高其使用的经济性,促进其更大范围内应用等方面具有重要意义。 Aim. The introduction of the full paper reviews a number of papers in the open literature and then pro-poses our exploration of a new way, which promotes more effectively, more economically, and more practicably applicably the minimum necessary remediation of contaminated water. Our exploration of the new way is explained in sections 1 and 2. Their core is : “batch tests were conducted to research the possibility and characteristics of a way to lower CMC through combining binary surfactants ( sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) and Tween80) mixture with sodium nitrate. The results showed that, as adjusting water quality and mixing surfactants, their combination was effective to lower CMC. No matter SDBS:Tween80 concentrations ratio was 10:0, 8:2,6:4, 5:5 or 0:10, adding sodium nitrate always decreased CMC, however, the decreased degree got smaller and smaller while concentration of sodium nitrate added was increased from 0 to 1.37g/L. These indicated that this combination had power to lower CMC, but the power also had its maximum. No matter the concentration of sodium nitrate added was 0. 069, 0.27, 0.69 or 1.37g/L, its power to lower CMC, when SDBS:Tween80 concentration ratio was from 10:0 to 8:2, was dropped; however, SDBS :Tween80 concentration ratio was from 8:2 to 0 : 10, the power was stronger. Thus the power to lower CMC was dependent on characteristics of surfactants mixtures. No matter how the binary surfactants concentration ratio was, the surfactants shared synergism in lowering CMC when concentration of sodium nitrate added was 0. 069, 0.27 or 0.69g/L, while, when the concentration of sodium nitrate was 1.37g/L, the synergism was instead by antagonism. Obviously, the efficacy of synergism and its strength were controlled by the concentration of sodium nitrate. The combine is an effective way to lower CMC under suitable conditions.”Section 3 gives three preliminary conclusions.
