摘要
报道了悬浮液直接进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定食品中微量砷的方法.对悬浮液的制备、基体改进剂的选择、石墨炉升温程序的设置以及标准参比等的选择进行了系统研究,通过国家标准物质分析,证明该方法简便、快速和准确.方法精密度为6.5%~9.0%,检出限为4ng·ml^(-1).
A method for the determination of arsenic in food by slurry sampling technique was proposed. The preparation of suspension, optimization of matrix modifier and graphite furnace heating programme and the use of standard references were studied systemitically. The reliability of the procedure was verified by analyzing standard reference materials which proves that the method is simple rapid and accurate.The relative standard deviation is 6. 5%-9. 0% and its detection limit is 4ng· ml-1.
