摘要
通常而言,国际收支的顺差是外汇储备的主要来源,是导致外汇储备过快增长的直接原因,其实国际收支顺差背后的一些深层次问题是导致我国外汇储备增长更为根本的原因。通过对这些深层次原因的全面剖析,提出了抑制我国外汇储备过快增长的对策性建议。
It is generally believed that the balance of payments surplus is the main source of foreign exchange reserves and the direct cause of the excessive growth of foreign exchange reserves. In fact, some deep-rooted issues behind the balance of payments surplus are the more fundamental causes. This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of these deep-seated causes, and makes the countermeasure suggestions of suppressing the excessive growth.
