摘要
对5A06铝合金薄板进行了反旋双道搅拌摩擦焊(DPASF)工艺可行性研究,该工艺方法能够改善焊缝前进侧和后退侧关于焊缝中心线的组织性能不对称性,通过叠加反向二道焊可增加焊核区水平宽度,并进一步细化焊缝晶粒,提高焊缝的显微硬度值。通过石墨示踪材料的可视化试验,观察到DPASF焊缝中粘塑性金属在水平方向上的流动轨迹与单道焊缝中的水平迁移方向关于焊缝中心线镜像对称。DPASF方法能够改善热机械影响区狭长晶粒的取向性,减少其结构组织各向异性的消极影响,提高焊缝抗拉强度。
Asymmetric performance in microstructure and properties exist in advancing and retreating sides of friction stir weld.Double-pass anti-spin friction stir welding process can overcome the disadvantage,and the width of weld nugget zone and weld micro-hardness are increased due to more fine grains.The visualization experiment on plastic flow on horizontal direction with the tracer materials of graphite shows the mirror symmetry of single-pass weld.Anti-spin double-pass welding can improve the narrow grain orientation in thermo-mechanical affected zone,and reduce their negative effects of anisotropy,and increase the tensile strength of the weld.
