摘要
合成了Dawson型杂多酸盐Co2(Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62(Cpyr为十六烷基吡啶),并将其应用到乙苯氧化合成苯乙酮的反应中。建立了乙苯-Co2(Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62-乙酸-叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)催化氧化体系,并考察了溶剂种类及用量、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对乙苯氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,乙酸为最佳溶剂,在优化反应条件(乙苯25mmol,乙酸10mL,Co2(Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62催化剂0.1mmol,n(乙苯)∶n(TBHP)=0.25,反应温度80℃,反应时间8h)下,乙苯转化率达到80.9%,苯乙酮收率达到73.2%。
Dawson type heteropoly compound Co2 (Cpyr) 4 P2 Mo16 V2O62 ( Cpyr : cetylpyridinium) was synthesized, and catalytic oxidation system of ethylbenzene-Co2 (Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62-acetic acidtert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) was established. The catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone with the catalytic system was studied. The experimental results showed that the conversion of ethylbenzene was 80.9% and the yield of acetophenone was 73.2% under the optimal conditions of acetic acid as the solvent 10 mL, ethylbenzene dosage 25 mmol, Co2 (Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62 catalyst 0.1 mmol, n( C8H10) : n(TBHP) 0.25, reaction temperature 80 ~(2 and reaction time 8 h.
