摘要
目的 探讨粉防己碱(Tet)对膀胱出口梗阻(BOO) 大鼠膀胱胶原纤维增生及相关形态学改变的影响。 方法 将30 只SD 大鼠分为假手术组、BOO组、Tet 组,术后6 周分别观察其膀胱组织学、超微结构的变化并计算胶原纤维含量。 结果 Tet 组较BOO 组膀胱胶原纤维明显减少,平滑肌束及肌细胞间隙变窄,中间连接破坏减少。 结论 Tet 能抑制膀胱胶原纤维增生。
Objective To investigate the effects of tetrandrine on collagen hyperplasia and the related morphological changes in rat urinary bladder with outflow obstruction. Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into the operation group, the bladder outlet obstruction group and the tetrandrine group.After the 6th week,bladder morphology was studied with light and electron microscopy.The area density of collagen fibrils of the bladder tissue was calculated by computer assisted quantitative image analysis system. Results The result indicated that tetrandrine could inhibit the collagen hyperplasia,narrow the septum of smooth muscle cells and decrease the lesion of intermediate cell junctions. Conclusions Tetrandrine would inhibit the hyperplasia of bladder collagen fibrils.
