摘要
对市售苦瓜进行了毒性及抗肿瘤活性研究，结果表明苦瓜汁经口给药ＬＤ５０ ＞ ２０ ｍｌ／ｋｇ ； 腹腔注射给药ＬＤ５０ ＝２９６－３ ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ 。苦瓜汁经口给药对Ｓ１８０ 无抑制作用，但腹腔注射则有抑制作用，抑制率达３９－３ ％ ；相反，苦瓜渣醇提物经口给药有抑制作用，抑制率达３７－１ ％ 。
The toxicity and anti tumor activity of Momordica charatia L.were studied.The results showed the acute LD 50 value of Momordica charatia L.jiuce in gastric(ig)was≥20mg/kg and LD 50 =296 3mg/kg injected intraperitoneally.The juice of Momordica charatia L.didn't show any inhibitory action to S-180 by ig ,but the ratio of inhibition was 39.3% by ip.On the contrary,the extract of Momordica charatia L.residue which were extracted by alcohol didn't show inhibitory action to S 180 by ip,but did by ig,and the ratio of inhibition was up to 37.1%.
