摘要
作为与消费者直接对话的汽车外观,其质量是汽车整体质量的重要组成部分。文章对车体的基础材料钢板表面存在的鼓瘪问题进行了调查,分析了鼓瘪的分类和成因以及在钢板加工和冲压过程中应该如何控制鼓瘪的形成。提出了对开卷钢板、设备和模具的定期检查和清洁,模具刀口的定期保养和修理,清洗油和现场环境的管理等一系列措施。从而减少了钢板面鼓瘪情况的发生,满足了对车用钢板面的要求。
Faced the customers directly, the quality of automotive exterior appearance is an important part of the overall quality of the automobile. Bulge and collapse existed in steel plate surface of the fundamental material of body is investigated, the classification and cause is analyzed as well as how to control bulge and collapse forming in the processing and stamping of the steel plate. A series of measures are put forward, including periodic inspection and cleaning of the uncoiling plate, equipments and mould, periodic maintenance and repair of mould blade, management of flushing oil and the spot environment. The bulge and collapse existed in steel plate is reduced and the requirement of steel plate surface used in automobile is met.
