摘要
文章介绍了山东电网"十二五"通信网规划中的发展要点:采用OTN技术建设省级主干传输网;采用PTN技术建设业务承载网和地市级主干传输网;采用IMS技术改造行政电话交换网;采用基于SIP的软交换技术扩充完善调度交换网。文章体现了通信新技术在"十二五"规划中的应用。对数据网的发展演变提出见解。
This article introduces the key points of the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ of Shandong power communication network,they are to build provincial level backbone transmission network by using OTN technology,to build service carrying network and city-level backbone transmission network by using PTN technology,to upgrade administration telephone exchange network by using IMS technology,and to expand dispatching exchange network by using soft switch technology based on SIP.The article focuses on the new telecommunication technologies that will apply in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.Some comments and suggestions on the development and evolution of data network are also put forward in the article.
