摘要
采用改进的圆弧转接法减小转接点处的连接角度从而提高转接点处的雕刻速度,使整体的加工速度得到提高;为防止转接点处速度过快而导致短轴电动机过冲,以电动机矩频特性为依据并通过多段预读方式,判断电动机速度跳变转接点,经指数减速方式降低转接点处的过高速度,使电动机加工此转接点时运行平稳。经实际加工证明,在保证插补运算时间要求的情况下,实现了轨迹的连续平稳加工,较之传统的速度控制方式效率平均提高12%。
An improved arc inserting method is used to increase the turning velocity by reduced junction angle,so that the whole caving velocity get increased.To prevent the velocity of short axis motor overshooting,according to the natural characteristic of step motor,a look-ahead feedrate planning method is used to restrict the frequency hopping rate by index decelerating to get the short axis motor smooth running.The results indicate that the proposed method can achieve the purpose of increasing the caving velocity while ensuring the time demand of interpolation algorithm.Compared to the traditional speed control method,this method increases the caving efficiency by 12%.
