摘要 目的比较慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者血清及息肉组织中真菌特异性免疫球蛋白E(specific immunoglobulinE,sIgE)的浓度,评估真菌变态反应在鼻息肉发病中的作用。方法采用ImmunoCAP100E系统,检测64例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者(实验组)、30例鼻中隔偏曲患者(对照组)血清及息肉组织中真菌sIgE的浓度,并行统计学分析。结果实验组血清及息肉组织sIgE检测与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻息肉组织sIgE检测较血清sIgE检测敏感。结论真菌变态反应与鼻息肉的发生有关,鼻息肉组织sIgE检测较血清sIgE检测敏感,可用于鼻息肉患者真菌变态反应病因的筛查。 Objective To investigate the role of fungi allergic reaction in the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis and polyp,fungi specific IgE concentration of serum and polyps tissue was detected in chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp patients.Methods Fungi specific IgE concentration of serum and polyps tissue was detected in 64 cases of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp patients and 30 cases of nasal septum deviation patients as control.Results There was statistically significant difference between the serum and polyps tissue fungi specific IgE concentration;fungi specific IgE concentration of polyp tissue was more sensitive than that of serum.Conclusion Fungi allergic reaction was related to the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.Detection of polyps tissue fungi specific IgE concentration can be used for the screen of fungi allergy in chronic sinusitis with nasal polyp.
