摘要
现代社会职业的非终身化对人才培养模式创新提出了要求。学院以市场为导向,始终把研究需求、适应变化、把准脉搏放在首位,坚持以培养学生综合职业能力为主线的人才培养模式,不断增强办学的适应性、开放性和实践性,实现跨越式、可持续发展的教学改革,构建职业岗位能力的交叉互动型教学模式。
The non-life vocational training mode in modern society raises the demands for innovative talents.Our college always puts the research needs,adaptation to changes and quasi-pulse in the premier place in the light of the market-orientation and insists on competency-based vocational training model so as to enhance constantly the adaptability,openness and practicality of the school,thus realizing surmounted,sustainable developed educational reform and constructing the cross-interactive teaching mode based on the occupational status capacity.
