摘要
"推进党的建设科学化"、"提高党的建设科学化水平"是我们党反思总结自身建设历史经验,客观分析党的建设实际状况后,在十七届四中全会上提出的一个重大命题和重大任务。从历史维度上看,党的四代中央领导集体在中国革命、建设和改革的不同历史时期,都一以贯之地追求和推进党的建设科学化。从理论维度上看,推进党的建设科学化,对于更好地应对国内外形势的变化,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面建设社会主义小康社会,推进马克思主义建党学说的丰富和发展都具有重大的理论、现实意义。从实践维度上看,以科学理论指导党的建设,以科学制度保障党的建设,以科学方法推进党的建设是其践行的路径。
＂To promote the party＇s construction scientific＂,＂To enhance the party＇s construction scientific level＂ is after our party reflects and summaries self-construction historical experience,objectively analyses the actual condition of party＇s construction and finally proposed a major topic and great tasks in the 17th fourth plenary meeting.From the historical dimension view,the party＇s fourth central collective leadership in the Chinese revolution,construction and reform of the different historical period,all consistent pursuit and promote the party＇s construction scientific.From the theoretical dimension view,to promote the party＇s construction for the better response to the changes in the home and abroad situation,thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development,build a well-off society in an all-round way,promote the enrichment and development of Marxism theory of Party building is of great theoretical and practical significance.From the practical dimension vies,with scientific theory guidance for the party＇s construction,with scientific institutional guarantee for the party construction and with scientific methods to promote the party＇s construction is the path which put it into practice.
