摘要
首先阐述了可重构制造系统和公理化设计的基本知识,然后通过公理化设计的两个公理(独立性公理和信息公理)对可重构制造系统进行设计。在独立性公理的应用中,将总目标进行了四级分解,每一级分解通过四个步骤来完成,并列出了各自的设计方程。然后汇总列举出了相应的功能结构表;在信息公理的应用中,针对非耦合设计和准耦合设计的情况分别计算了系统的信息含量。最后提出了公理化设计两个公理存在的问题及相应的解决办法。
This paper describes the basic knowledge of reconfigurable manufacturing systems and axiomatic design,the reconfigurable manufacturing systems through two axioms(independence axiom and the information axiom) of the axiomatic design are designed.We put up the four levels of decomposition of the overall goal in the application of the independence axiom,each level of decomposition is completed in four steps,and their design equations are listed.Then we list the summary of the corresponding functional structure table;the system's information content is calculated in the complexion of non-coupling design and quasi-coupled design in the application of the information axiom.Finally,the design problems and corresponding solutions of the two axioms of axiomatic are put forward.
