摘要
通过对78个单株种子的长、宽、厚、重和胶含量进行分析,变异较大的是种子重,其次是种子厚;种子长和重、重和厚、厚和胶占比例、长和厚之间存在极显著的正相关,相关系数为0.786、0.655、0.469、0.334;宽和厚之间存在极显著的负相关,相关系数为-0.337;宽和重、重和胶占比例之间存在显著的正相关,相关系数分别为0.280和0.227,其余之间存在一定的相关性,但均差异不显著。将各单株按照产地进行归类后的性状进行方差分析,除塔拉胶含量不显著外,其余均存在显著性差异。但这些差异60%以上来源于单株间而不是产地间。
The indexes of Tara individual seeds were investigated and analyzed,including length,width,thick ness,weight and the content of gum.The results showed that the weight varied widely and then thickness.There were significant and positive correlations between length and weight,weight and thickness,thickness and gum content,length and thickness,the correlation indexes were 0.786,0.655,0.469 and 0.334,separately.There were significant and negative correlation between width and thickness,the correlation index was-0.337.Width and weight,weight and gum content had significant positive correlations,the correlation indexes were 0.280 and 0.227.Analysis of variance by assorting individuals from producing area was extremely different except the content of gum.,and 60% of variance occured among different individuals.
