摘要
考察学生在校的有关需求及其程度,一方面帮助学生更好地进行自我认识、自我发展,另一方面也为学校今后针对学生需求的特点开展教育工作提供科学的教学依据。体育院校学生的需求存在各种差异:不同性别大学生的需求差异较小;来自城市和来自农村的大学生,在心理需求上存在一定差异;而不同专业学生的需求差异较大。因此,要重视学生的需求,采取各种措施满足;针对不同学生群体的需求,提供相应的帮助;结合实际开展教育,引导学生的发展方向。
The analysis of students＇ needs and the level of demand can help students achieve a better self-understanding,enhance their self-improvement and provide scientific basis for education which is characterized by the students＇ needs.Sport college students＇ needs vary.Though gender differences are minor,there are some differences in psychological needs between students from the city and students from the city and the needs of different majors vary greatly.Thus,attention should be paid to the needs of students and various measures should be taken to meet them.Corresponding help should be offered to meet the different community needs of the student.Education with the situation taken into consideration should be practiced to ensure the development direction of the student.
