摘要
企业管理创新与技术创新的协同机理一直是企业组织创新研究领域的热点与焦点。研究发现,管理创新通过发挥主导与中介作用来推动技术创新系统内部的竞争与合作,而管理创新作用的有效发挥,既需要管理创新满足一定条件,也需要技术创新给予紧密配合。研究还为双核创新松散或紧密耦合的判定提供了依据。
The cooperation mechanisms between management innovation and technological innovation have been drawing more and more attention by the scholars on the enterprise organizational innovation.It is found that the competition and cooperation in technology innovation system is promoted by the dominant and mediating role of the management innovation.And those effects are well at work need not only some certain conditions from management innovation,but also the close fit from technological innovation.The study can provide reference for the loosely or tight coupling between the dual-core innovations.
