摘要 发电机是风力发电机组的关键部件之一,必须保证其在正常工作状态下运转平稳且不发生共振。国内某双馈式风力发电机在运行过程中出现振动超标问题,理论计算及振动测试结果表明减振器与发电机不匹配。通过安装不同刚度性能的橡胶减振器,并进行相关的振动测试,找到适合该电机的减振器,为发电机选配合适的减振器提供参考。 Generator is one of the most important devices in Windmill.Its normal and smooth operation without resonance must be guaranteed.However,it was found that abnormal vibration appears during the operation of a domestic double-fed generator.Theoretical computation and vibration test showed that the performance of generator's mount didn't match the generator.Thus,the generator's mount with different stiffness were installed and the vibration test was carried out.Finally,a suitable mount was found.This work provides some reference for selection of generator's mounts.
