摘要
干法消化样品,用等离子发射光谱法直接测定鸡蛋中钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜、磷、碘8种营养元素。研究了干法消化时,灰化温度、时间对测定结果的影响。在优化的实验条件下8种元素的回收率为98.5%~103.9%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.6%,该法与原子吸收法和分光光度法比较,简便、快速、灵敏、准确度高,结果令人满意。
A method for the determination of eight elements (Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, P and I) in eggs has been developed byUsing ICP - AES. The sample was decomposed with dry digestion in muffle furnace. The influences of digestion time, ashing tem-perature and ashing time on determining results were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the recoveries of eight elements were95. 8% ~ 103. 9% and the RSD were 2. 4% ~ 4. 6%. The method is simple, rapid, higher sensitivity and accuracy comparing withatomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometry. The results were obtained.
