摘要
人才测评是提高人才选拔任用效度的重要工具,而评价中心技术是门类繁多的测评工具中广受好评的一种,但目前由于其具体形式数量的欠缺,评价中心的应用受到了很大的制约。本研究的目的是通过对几个体验式拓展项目的规范设计,使其具备测评人才某些行为特征的可能性,通过对其测试结果的信度和效度检验,验证这种可能性。从而探索一条将体验式拓展项目转化为评价中心技术的道路。通过研究,得出结论:一些体验式拓展项目通过设计和规范,可以作为人才测评中的评价中心技术加以应用。
Personnel Assessment is an important tool for improving the validity of talent selecting. The Assessment Central Technology is the one of high praised assessment tool among the all kinds of assessment tools. However, the quantities of detailed form are seriously lacking at present. The goal of research is to make the Outward Bound has some characteristics in personal activity assessment through design standard of several Outward Bound items, and test the possibility through the testing the reliability and validity of result. Thereby, seeking a way will transform the Outward Bound item to Assessment Central Technology. Through research concluded:Some outward bound items through the design and specifications could be applicated in the assessment central.
