摘要
单质量块单自由度模型和双质量块三自由度模型为汽车“人体—座椅”系统的两种模型,其中三自由度模型能较好地反映该系统的振动特性。文中以双质量块三自由度人体振动模型为基础,对“人体—座椅”系统进行了座椅动力学参数对其传递特性的影响分析,讨论了座椅动力参数的选择。结果表明,提高f0 和ζ都能使第一阶共振幅值降低而使高频幅值增加,但提高f0 引起的变化更为显著;从减振要求看,f0 应选择5 ~9 Hz 较合适,对悬架硬软不同的汽车分别取偏小和偏大值,此结论只适合汽车具有两个共振峰的地板谱情况。
Single mass 1-degree-of freedom and double mass 3-degree-of freedom human body model is two models of automobile seats. Based on double mass 3-degree-of freedom human body model, the dynamic analysis of automobile seats is done. It is analyzed that the dynamic parameters of vehicle seats affecting the characteristic of seats frequency response. The choice of seat's dynamic parameters is discussed. The results show that increasing in f 0 and ζ will makes the amplitude in low frequency decrease and the amplitude in high frequency increase, but the change is more notable by increasing f 0;The 5-9 Hz is suitable to f 0 according to the request for decreasing vibration, little f 0 is suitable to automobile of hard suspension and large f 0 is suitabe to automobile of soft suspension. The results is suitabe only to automobile of having two resonance amplitude.
