摘要
西部大开发战略的实施,促进了西部地区发展,使西部大地焕发出勃勃生机。像偏坡这样的少数民族乡村正是西部大开发的受益者,经济有了长足发展,乡村面貌有了显著改观,社会事业蓬勃发展,但是与发达地区相比,还有很大差距。在深入实施西部大开发战略下,立足少数民族乡村的发展现状,找出差距、更新观念、挖掘潜力则是少数民族乡村经济社会发展的必然选择。
The implementation of the western development strategy not only promotes the development of western regions, making the local areas coruscating vitality, but also opens up a broader space for the national development. It is the very rural areas of ethnic minority just like PianPo BuYiZu township that benefits from the western development program, great strides having been made in economy, significant changes having taking place in rural appearance, social undertakings flourishing. However, compared with the developed areas, the gap is big. Under the implementation of western China development strategy in-depth, it is necessary for us to find out the deficiency, renew the idea, update the mind and excavate potential, on the basis of the present situation of minority rural development, which is the inevitable choice for us to lead the minority rural economic and socail development further upword.
