摘要
利用全气缸采样平台,结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,研究了柴油机燃烧过程中单循环燃烧中间产物羰基化合物的演变历程。结果表明,甲醛在燃烧过程中呈先增加而后迅速降低的变化过程,最大值出现在放热率峰值之前。C2-C4羰基化合物在燃烧放热率最高点之前急剧降低,之后开始升高,并在燃烧后期趋于稳定。此外,在任意燃烧阶段,随着碳原子数的增加,羰基化合物的量都逐渐降低。
With total cylinder dumping system,the evolution history of carbonyl compounds during the diesel engine combustion process at single cycle was investigated by using high performance liquid chromatograph technology(HPLC).The analytical results indicate that the formaldehyde mass first increase and then decrease rapidly,and the maximum value occurs before the peak level of heat release rate(HRR).The C2-C4 carbonyl compounds decreased rapidly before the peak level of HRR,and then increased gradually and stabilized in the late combustion.In addition, with the increase in the number of carbon atoms,the amount of carbonyl compounds are gradually reduced.
