摘要
目的··:了解苯二氮类药物在临床应用中产生药物依赖的情况。方法··:采用回顾性总结方法,对6年来某院收治的9例苯二氮类药物依赖病人用药时间、用药剂量、用药种类及病人原始疾病诊断分析总结。结果··:发现从初始服药到产生药物依赖的时间最短为3个月;能产生药物依赖的最小剂量,三唑仑为每日0.5mg;药物依赖持续的时间及最终依赖剂量依再次就医的时间而不同。戒断症状治疗方法主要采用替代疗法。结论··:临床医生使用苯二氮类药物时应注意药物依赖问题以及加强疾病康复期的用药指导。
Objective:To understand benzodiazepines(BZD)dependence occurred in clinic use.Method:Review and analyse the 9 BZD dependent patients who were treated in a certain hospital.Result:The minimum duration of BZD administration for becoming dependent was 3 months; the minimum dosage of trizolam was only 0.5 mg·d-1 ;the final dosages were varied according to the time they sought for treatment again.Substitute therapy was generally used for treatment.Conclusion:Clinical psychiatrists should pay attention to the problem of BZD dependence,especially during the period of rehabilitation.
