摘要
随着网络的不断发展和普及,人们对网络的使用也越来越广泛。但是,由于人们对网络知识产权的模糊认识,网络上出现了越来越多的侵权行为。因此,有必要对网络知识产权进行深入的研究,让人们了解网络知识产权与传统知识产权的异同,从而把握网络知识产权的特性,进而从法律层面和技术层面提出网络知识产权保护的措施。
With the development and popularity of Internet,the application of internet is becoming ever-increasingly wider.However,people＇s poor understanding of Internet intellectual property rights gives rise to more and more piracy of Internet intellectual property right.So it is necessary to make relevant researches in depth and to make people better understand the differences between traditional and Internet intellectual property right.After understanding the characteristics of Internet intellectual property right,we can take effective measures to protect it both from legislation and technology.
