摘要
目的探讨运用单病种护理质量标准提高下肢浅静脉曲张患者住院护理质量的效果。方法将61例患者随机分为两组,对照组按照传统的护理方法完成护理与健康教育,实验组根据科室制定的单病种(下肢浅静脉曲张)的护理质量标准完成。结果实验组在健康教育知晓率、护理措施落实率等方面,与对照组相比有统计学差异。结论运用单病种护理质量标准大大提高了护理措施的有效落实率,提高了患者的健康教育知晓率。
Objective To explore the effects of applying standards of single disease nursing quality to patients with varicose vein of lower extremity.Methods Sixty-one patients with varicose vein of lower extremity were randomly divided into control and experimental groups.Control group received nursing and health education work with the traditional method of nursing care,while the experimental group received departmental standards of single disease（varicose vein of lower extremity） nursing quality.Results There was significant difference（P0.05） in the realizing rate of health education and the implementing rate of nursing measures when the two groups were compared.Conclusion The realizing rate of health education and the implementing rate of nursing measures effectively improved by using standards of single diseases nursing quality.
