摘要
目的总结长期气管切开患者的护理措施及体会。方法对46例长期气管切开患者的护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果除3例因高龄、多脏器功能衰竭死亡外,无1例因为护理不当出现并发症。结论对行长期气管切开患者进行有效的气道管理和严格内套管的消毒,可减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of long-term tracheotomy patients.Methods Forty-six cases of nursing measures of long-term tracheotomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results No complications occurred in these cases because of improper nursing except that 3 patients died of MOF.Conclusion The effective airway care and strict inner tubes disinfection to long-term tracheotomy patients could decrease complications and facilitate recovery of the patients.
