摘要
目的探讨食管癌根治术后的护理要点。方法回顾60例食管癌患者的临床资料,术后严密观察其病情变化,有效做好呼吸道、引流管、饮食等的护理,预防并发症。结果 59例患者康复出院,1例并发胸内吻合口瘘死亡。结论系统有效的术后护理,提高了护理质量及手术成功率,减少了并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the postoperative nursing for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The data of the postoperative nursing of 60 patients with esophageal cancer were reviewed.After operation,close attention was given to patients′ changing conditions.Better nursing was done in respiratory tract,drainage and diet care in order to prevent the occurrence of complications.Results Fifty-nine patients recovered and were discharged with one patient died of intrathoracic anastomotic leakage.Conclusion Systematic and effective postoperative nursing can improve nursing quality,surgical success rate and reduce complications.
