静电纺SF/PEG共混纳米纤维的形态结构与热性能 被引量:1

摘要 以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)为溶剂,通过静电纺丝制得不同比例的丝素/聚乙二醇(SF/PEG)共混纤维,并通过SEM、FT-IR、XRD、DSC,研究其形态特征、分子结构和热性能。结果表明,共混纤维直径在250~700nm,且随PEG含量的增大而变细;低分子量PEG的加入影响了SF的二级结构;共混纤维中存在2个相分离的结晶区,即SF晶区与PEG晶区;共混影响了PEG的结晶结构,相变温度较纯PEG有所降低。 Different ratios of silk fibroin/polyethylene glycol(SF/PEG)blend nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning using Hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP)as solvent.Morphological structure,molecular structure as well as thermal property of the SF/PEG blend nanofibers were examined using SEM,FT-IR,XRD and DSC analyses.With the increase of PEG content,the average diameters of SF/PEG blend nanofibers decreased from 700 nm to 250 nm.The secondary structure of SF was affected by the addition of low molecular weight PEG.XRD showed that two separate crystalline phases,namely SF and PEG crystalline,existed in the blend nanofibers.Crystal structure of the PEG changed because of the blending,and its phase transition temperature decreased compared with the pure PEG.
