摘要
目前使金属氧化物避雷器小型化的重要手段之一就是采用高梯度氧化锌电阻片。然而,随着氧化锌电阻片梯度的提高,其电气性能参数也发生相应变化。笔者通过试验,主要研究了高梯度氧化锌电阻片小电流区域中不同温度下的电压-电流特性。通过对试验结果进行分析发现,随着温度的升高,高梯度氧化锌电阻片的电压-电流特性曲线拐点逐渐向前移动,尤其当温度超过50℃时,高梯度氧化锌电阻片的负温度系数绝对值增大,这对避雷器运行的热稳定性会产生不利影响,为高梯度氧化锌电阻片在工程中应用提出建议和意见。
At present one of the most important methods to realize the miniaturization of the metal oxide surge arrester is using the high gradient zinc oxide varistors. However, with the enhancement of zinc oxide varistors gradient, the electrical specification parameter also changes correspondingly. Through the experiments, the voltage -current characteristic of the high gradient zinc oxide varistors in the low current region under different temperature is mainly studied. Through the analysis of the test results, it is found that as the temperature increases, i-v characteristics curve turning of the high gradient ZnO resistors move forward gradually. Especially when temperatures exceed 50℃, negative temperature coefficient absolute value of the high gradient ZnO resistors increase,which cause the detrimental effects to arrester operation of the thermal stability,recommendations and advice are proposed .for the application of the high gradient ZnO resistors
