摘要
通过对常规增强尼龙(PA)用短切玻璃纤维(GF)原丝560A浸润剂配方进行优化,开发新型短切GF原丝产品568H,将其用于增强PA,制得PA/GF复合材料,对其力学性能、耐水解性能和耐高温性能进行了测试。结果发现,568H增强PA复合材料的力学性能有很大提高,特别是冲击强度提高幅度更大,耐水解性以及耐高温性能也有较大幅度的提高。该产品进一步拓宽了PA/GF复合材料的应用领域。
By optimizing the formula of sizing agent for chopped glass fiber(GF) strands 560A used as normally reinforcing polyamide( PA), the new type chopped GF strands product 568H was developed. The strands were used to reinforce PA and PA/GF composites were prepared, the mechanical properties, the performance hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance were tested. The resuits showed that PA/GF composite reinforce by the improved product 568H had better mechanical properties, especially the increased range of the eharpy impact was larger, and the performance of hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance of the composite were increased largely. The applications of PA/GF composites were extended.
