卵巢巨大支持-间质细胞瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 病例资料患者,女,60岁。发现下腹部包块伴疼痛1个月余。患者平素月经规律,量正常,色暗红,白带不多,无异味（月经初潮18岁,经期5天,周期30天,55岁绝经）。1个月前,患者无意间扪及下腹部有一包块,伴腹痛,间断性钝痛,伴有腹胀及下坠感,无阴道流血,流液。妇科检查：外阴发育正常,阴道通畅,分泌物多,白色,宫颈光滑,肥大无异味。
