摘要
目的:建立稳定的小鼠异位小肠移植模型。方法:应用C57BL/6小鼠进行同基因异位小肠移植。手术采用非造口方法,将移植肠近端结扎,远端与自体回肠末段吻合。结果:连续进行小鼠异位小肠移植手术33只,手术完成率为97%,1只小鼠术中血管吻合失败,2只小鼠术后因不可逆的低血容量性休克死亡,移植总成功率为90.9%。结论:采用非小肠造口方法建立的小鼠异位小肠移植模型成功率高,为小肠移植的基础研究提供了理想的工具。
Objective: To establish murine model of heterotopic small bowel transplantation(SBT).Methods: Syngeneic heterotopic SBT was performed between C57BL/6 mice.According to stoma-free strategy,the proximal end of the graft was closed and the distal end was anastomosed with the nave terminal ileum.Results: Heterotopic SBT was performed in 33 cases consecutively.Only one operation was failed because of intra-operative bleeding,and total accomplishing rate of operation was 97%(32/33);two cases were died of irreversible hypovolemic shock postoperatively,and overall success rate was 90.9%(30/33).Conclusion: The stoma-free heterotopic SBT in mice is of high success rate,and it is an ideal tool for further research of SBT.
