摘要
大量的外来人口以租房的形式进驻到城中村,与村民比邻而居。但在村民与外来民工两个群体之间却体现着一种排斥关系,这种排斥表现在经济、政治、社区福利、社会关系四个方面。排斥关系是正式和非正式制度下村民群体垄断的结果,应通过有效途径构建一种村民与外来民工和谐共生的关系格局。
As numerous migrant workers poured into ＂village in cities＂ in Shanghai to rent apartments there and lived next to the native villagers,there appeared a relation of exclusion between the two groups primarily reflected in economy,politics,community welfare and social relations.This relation of exclusion results from the villagers community monopolization under the formal and informal system.Therefore,a harmonious co-existence relationship between villagers and migrant workers should be constructed through some effective ways.
