摘要
区际法律冲突来源于一国之内不同的法域,在我国实际存在四个法域,我国不同法域的区际冲突有其特殊性,这种特殊的区际法律冲突影响着我国区际私法的发展,影响着我国区际法律冲突的解决,虽然欧盟的法律冲突是一种特殊的法律冲突,但是其解决方法对我国有很大的借鉴意义。
Interregional conflict of law come from different jurisdictions in one country. In China , with the features of one country , two systems , we have triple law systems for four jurisdictions, this particular interregional conflict of laws affecting the solution and the development of our regional private law. Although the EU is a special kind of conflict of laws, but the solution can give us a great reference to our country.
