摘要
受我国传统观念、行业特性、员工自身等因素的制约,旅游酒店员工流失率一直居高不下,由此所带来的负面影响也一直困扰着酒店管理者。针对这种情况,文章以昆明锦江大酒店为例,通过对员工流失原因及其影响的分析,提出了相应的对策措施。
Being restricted by China ' s traditional concepts, industry characteristics, the constraints of its own employees, the high rate of abdication in hotel has been running high for many years. And the General Managers of Hotel were obsessed with consequent unfavorable factors. Aimed at this case , this paper takes the Kunming Jinjiang Hotel for instance , and puts forward some proper strategies and measures through analyzing the cause and influence of personnel drains.
