Market economy practice brings the multi-development of culture.Mass culture is the associated thing of group culture in the period of modernization.We should envisage the historical inevitability of mass culture development,as well as regulate,guide,advance and optimize it so as to develop socialistic advanced culture,build socialistic sprit civilization and harmonious society,as well as promote the development of city culture construction.
