摘要
目的查找住院婴儿静脉输液一次完成率较低的原因,提高婴儿静脉输液一次完成率。方法应用帕累托图对婴儿静脉输液二次穿刺进行原因分析,提出婴儿静脉输液技术的改进措施。对比改良前后静脉穿刺成功率、输液一次完成率、满意率。结果改良后一次穿刺成功率提高;输液一次完成率提高。结论影响婴儿静脉输液一次完成率的因素是多方面的,运用帕累托图分析关键原因并采取针对性的改进措施,效果显著。
Objective To enhance one-time success rate of the venous transfusion,and look for the reasons of low one-time success rate of venous transfusion in pediatric ward. Methods We analyzed the reasons of two-times puncture with Pareto,and found the measures of improving skill of infant venous transfusion. To contrast to success rate of puncture,one-time completion rate and satisfaction rate before and after taking measures. Results Success rate of puncture and one-time completion rate were improved after taking measures. Conclusion There are various factors which affect one-time success rate of venous transfusion in pediatric ward,and it is remarkable that looking for the key reasons of two-times puncture with Pareto and then taking the pointed corrective measure.
