摘要
针对传统的液压阀试验台精度不高、自动化程度低等缺点,采用电磁阀、西门子S7-200系列PLC和V isual Basic 6.0改进设计了煤矿液压支架用阀试验台,实现了试验控制和数据采集的自动化,提高了实验效率。其数据的采集和设备的控制由PLC等现场设备完成,VB则主要完成数据通信、网络管理、人机界面和数据处理等功能。
Aimed at defects of traditional valve test rig,this paper used the proportional valve,SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and VB6.0 to design a valve test rig used for testing coal mining hydraulic support,so the automation of test date acquisition were realized,and the efficiency of test was improved.The acquisition of data and the control of equipment was accomplished by the local equipment.Using Visual Basic could obtain kinds of functions,including data communication,network management,man machine interface and data processing.
