摘要
本文针对煤矿企业生产实际建立了两个目标管理系统模型,用于分解年度多目标到各个工作面并考核各个采、掘队的生产绩效。两个模型既相互关联又各自独立,共同实现煤炭生产的多目标—多因素系统管理,成功地体现了软科学硬化的思想。经平煤股份五矿应用,得到企业管理者以及各综采队和掘进队等一线工人的认可,已经作为该煤矿企业制定生产计划和进行绩效考核的依据。
This paper builds two objective management system models to decompose multiple yearly targets to each working face and to evaluate the production performance of mining teams and tunneling teams,aimed at the production practice of coal enterprises.These two models are correlative as well as independent,and achieve multi-objective——multi-factor system management of coal production jointly,successfully reflecting the idea of the rigidifying of soft science.Through the application to No.5 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industrial Group,these systems have obtained the approval of managers and forefront workers of mining teams and tunneling teams,and have become the basis of making production plan and performance appraisal for this coal enterprise.
