摘要
高校足球运动作为中国足球发展的一个重要组成部分,已经具有广泛的群众基础。大学生对足球运动的认识也不仅仅限于看球和评球,更多的体现在参与意识上,而高校足球代表队是学校群众性足球活动开展的提高,它指导并带动学校足球运动的普及。充分了解高校足球代表队自身的特点。如何提高学生队员对足球运动本质的认识;培养球员的足球意识;重视体能训练,使之不断提高其运动水平。
College football,as an important part of Chinese football development,has already been widely supported from the people.The knowledge of college students about football is not only watching and talking about it,but also giving expression to the act of participating.College football teams improve the development of college football activities.We should fully understand the characteristics of college football teams,improve the knowledge of students on football essential nature,trains players＇ football awareness and pays attention to physical fitness training.The main purpose is to improve the level of football.
