摘要
依据国内外网球后备人才培养模式,通过对江门市网球后备人才资源状况、江门市中小学体育教学现状、培养运作方式及培养人才的主要问题进行分析,阐述江门市网球培训体系的建构,旨为培养优秀的网球后备人才、提高我市网球运动竞技水平献策。
According to the mode of talent reservation cultivation of tennis at home and abroad,through analyzes the talent reservation condition,primary and middle school physical education condition,training operation and existing problems in Jiangmen city,this paper explains the construction of tennis training system.The main purpose is to train the elite talent tennis and improve the competitive level of tennis.
