摘要
研究型大学教育改革的新形势,迫切需要教学管理人员素质的提高。本文从沉静型领导素质、业务素质、创新素质和法律意识等诸方面论述了研究型大学的教学管理人员应具备的基本素质。管理者应当自觉接受现代高等教育的管理理念,敏锐洞察高等教育发展的趋势,适应新形势,担负起培养合格人才的历史重任。
The new situation of educational reform in research universities urgently needs the improvement of the quality of teaching administrative personnel.The paper discusses the basic quality of teaching administrative personnel in research universities through several aspects,such as the quality of leadership with calm type,professional quality,innovative quality and legal consciousness,etc.Managers should consciously accept the concept of management in modern higher education,sharply discern the trend of higher education,adapt to the new situation and take the historical responsibility of training qualified personnel.
