摘要
文章运用教育统计学的方法,主要研究了西部地区和全国范围内,对国家社科资源配置的分析,其中,重点分析了国家社科基金西部项目的情况。通过对1993~2009年这17年来的数据统计,结合2003年西部大开发战略的政策普及,分析了国家社科基金立项的基本情况,西部地区社科基金西部项目的立项情况以及对国家和西部地区社科基金西部项目的立项比较情况,进一步剖析了西部项目在西部地区和全国范围内的立项情况和劣势情况,并提出了解决建议和对科研人员和科研机构的意见,使得整个西部地区和全国31个省市对国家社科基金西部项目的情况更上一个台阶。
Utilizing the method of the educational statistics,this article mainly studies the allocation of research resources in social sciences in the western area and the whole country,and mainly analyzes the western projects supported by the national social sciences fund.Through the data statistics from1993 to 2009 and combined with the great western development strategy,the paper analyzes the basic situation of the approving and initiating projects supported by national social sciences fund as well as the western projects supported by the social sciences fund in the western area,and proposes the suggestions on how to make the situation better in the future.
