医患矛盾和纠纷在某种意义上来说是难以避免的,但如何化解和处理医患矛盾和纠纷是摆在医院管理者面前的课题。本文从畅通投诉渠道,让患者有说话的地方以及如何正确的化解和处理医患矛盾和纠纷等方面进行了探索和分析。
Conflicts and disputes between medical providers and patients are inevitable in a sense, and how to resolve the issues is the subject in front of hospital managers. This article explored and analyzed the measures to handle them, including flowing channels for patient to speak out their complaints, and correctly dealing with conflicts and disputes between medical providers and patients.
