摘要
目的探讨采用隔声屏来降低作业环境噪声污染的有效性。方法结合设备特点设计隔声屏,并根据方案设计估算减噪效果。结果设置隔声屏前,环境噪声值为91.5~93.7 dB(A);设置后估算噪声值为75.6dB(A),理论上可降低17 dB(A)左右。结论合理设置隔声屏理论上可将噪声值降低至国家卫生标准范围内。
Objective To explore the validity of sound insulation screen on reducing the noise pollution in workplace.Methods Based on the features of cutters,the program of sound insulation screen was designed and its effect was estimated.Results The value of noise in workplace was 91.5-93.7 dB(A),it decreased to 75.6 dB(A) after setting the screen,which could reduce about 17 dB(A) in theory.Conclusion Setting sound insulation screen can reduce noise intensity to the requirements of national health standards in theory.
