摘要
目的:为探讨护理干预在微创技术治疗高血压脑出血中的作用。方法:应用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对35例高血压脑出血病人进行定位穿刺、冲洗引流及监测等术后护理。结果:颅内血肿穿刺术后及时进行护理干预如冲洗引流及监测等术后护理,病人恢复情况较理想;结论:微创技术治疗高血压脑出血术后的护理干预是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective：To explore the nursing intervention hemorrhage in minimally invasive technique for the role.Method：A YL type 1 one-time intracranial haematoma crushing puncture in 35 patients al.Early patient positioning puncture,washing drainage and monitoring postoperative nursing.Results：After percutaneous intracranial hematomas in nursing intervention such as washing drainage and monitoring postoperative nursing, the patient recovered relatively ideal.Conclusion：Minimally invasive technique for al.Early postoperative nursing intervention is ensuring the surgery the key to success.
