摘要
目的:探讨胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑+阿莫西林治疗老年慢性胃炎的临床效果以及对生存质量的影响。方法:选择2009年9月～2010年9月60例老年慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组给予奥美拉唑+阿莫西林治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予胃苏颗粒。观察治疗3个月后的临床疗效以及患者的生存质量(SF-36量表)状况。结果:对照组治愈率66.67%,Hp根除率73.33%,明显低于实验组的86.67%和93.33%,P<0.05。治疗后两组的SF-36量表RP、BP、GH、VT、SF和MH 6个维度的评分较治疗前有显著改善,P<0.05,但实验组改善比对照组更显著,P<0.05。结论:胃苏颗粒联合奥美拉唑+阿莫西林治疗老年慢性胃炎疗效显著,且能明显改善患者的生存质量。
Objective：To investigate the effects of weisu granules combined with omeprazole and amoxicillin on the curative effect and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Methods：60 elderly cases of chronic gastritis Selected from September 2009 to September 2010 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 patients in each.Control group was given omeprazole amoxicillin treatment, experimental group were given weisu granules on the basis of the Control group.The curative effect and quality of life （SF-36 scale） in two groups were observed after 3 months of treatment.Results：The recovery rate and Hp eradication rate which were 66.67% and 73.33% in the control group were significantly lower than those（86.67% and 93.33%）in the experimental group,P〈O.05.The scores of RP, BP, GH,VT,SF and MH in SF-36 scale were significantly higher afer treatment,P〈0.05,but those in the experimental group were improved more significantly than those in the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Weisu granules combined with omeprazole and amoxicillin had evident effect and could improve the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic gastritis.
